Growing up, the Food Network was perpetually on my living room TV. From Anthony Bourdain to Diners Drive-Ins and Dives to Top Chef to Chopped and so many others.

This paired with being adopted, meant that so much of understanding who I am culturally and ethnically, revolved around food.

So when I turned 21 and Covid-19 was raging and my creativity was raging for a new outlet, I created Bellinis4BrokeGirls. At the time I wanted a food blog reviewing the best drinks, cans and happy hours around Philly, but this quickly merged into an all around food blog of what I was making at home, eating out and drinking.

Jeni’s Ice Cream reached out to me in Fall 2021 to promote their 6 new fall flavors. I continued to partner with them for their opening of their flagship location in Philly, then through spring 2022 to promote the Spring flavors.

Saxby’s Coffee

I partnered with Saxby’s coffee in December 2021, for a giveaway. They matched a gift card contribution to one of my followers who was picked based on a random generator, after engaging with Saxby’s and my posts.
